What’s one of your favorite dishes when you eat tapas? One of my absolute favorites is the little potatoes (patatas bravas) that come with a tangy aioli sauce. Well, get ready to make them at home and enjoy because they are just fantastically delicious and super easy.
- Approx 1 lb new or fingerling potatoes, washed
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 1/2 teasp salt
- 1/2 teasp cumin
- 1/4 teasp chili powder
- 1/2 teasp paprika
- 1 sprig rosemary, finely diced
- Dash of cayenne (optional)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine all the ingredients, making sure that the potatoes get evenly coated with the delicious spice mixture. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 40-50 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes. Turn them over at least once during cooking. Serve immediately and enjoy!
