Food is pretty awesome stuff, but sometimes it can be expensive or I may just be too lazy to make it properly. I’m Beth. I love to prepare and consume good food, live in Chicago in a big apartment with a tiny kitchen, and don’t have a car to visit grocery stores.
Follow my food experiments, setbacks, and get tips on how to not mess up like I did. Most of what you’ll find here is either vegetarian or the meat can easily be left out without greatly impacting the dish. One of the primary functions of this blog is to force me to branch out in my cooking, and to help me remember what I’ve made for dinner in the last few weeks. I really do hope you enjoy reading it and try some of my recipes.
